KillerSEOx ("KillerSEOx," "we," "us") operates this site and platform. This policy explains what information we collect on killerseox.com and the KillerSEOx platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service and answer your inquiries, we don't sell your personal information, and you can contact us about your data at any time.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form (for example the free audit or a white label inquiry), you may provide your name, email, phone number, business name, and website. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects billing details.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use analytics and server logs that record pages visited, approximate location from IP address, browser type, and device information. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- Platform data. If you become a customer, the platform stores the business information you enter (keywords, prompts, site URLs, brand assets) so it can do its job.
How we use it
- To run the KillerSEOx service: tracking, audits, content, and reporting you signed up for.
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the free audit you requested.
- To bill subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To improve the site and the product using aggregate analytics.
- To send service and marketing email you can opt out of at any time using the link in any message.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only what they need:
- Google Analytics for site usage measurement.
- LeadConnector (HighLevel), which powers our forms, chat widget, and CRM.
- Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this site.
- Trustindex, which displays our reviews widget.
- Resend, which delivers platform email such as reports and alerts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above: inquiry records while we work your request, customer records for the life of the account plus what tax and accounting rules require, and analytics on the schedule set by our analytics provider.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, contact us through [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.
Children
KillerSEOx is a business service. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle customer data will be announced to account holders by email.
