These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of killerseox.com and the KillerSEOx platform, operated by KillerSEOx ("KillerSEOx," "we," "us"). By using the site or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
KillerSEOx is an SEO and AI visibility platform. Depending on your plan it tracks search rankings and AI citations, runs site audits and citation scans, publishes content, and produces reports. Plan inclusions are listed on the pricing section and at checkout. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you first.
Accounts and trials
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials safe. Free trials run as described at checkout. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Plans are month to month unless you choose an annual option, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
No guarantees of specific results
Search engines and AI models are third parties we do not control. We use professional methods and report honestly, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific ranking, AI citation, traffic level, or revenue outcome. Anyone who guarantees you a number one ranking is lying to you.
Your content and data
You own your business information and any content we produce for you under a paid plan once it is paid for. You grant us the license we need to operate the service on your behalf, such as publishing content to your properties and querying data sources about your business. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you supply.
Our property
The KillerSEOx platform, software, brand, and site content belong to KillerSEOx and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service. White label rights for agencies are granted by the applicable agency plan and end when the plan ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful or deceptive, not to interfere with the platform or other customers, and not to submit content that infringes the rights of others.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or violation of these Terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date above, and material changes will be announced to account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
